Questions for the sponsor
none yetHow the review works
about two weeks- 1You send the study documents.
Protocol, schedule of assessments, lab manual, data-entry guide and consent form. - 2Week 1: Nightingale reads and cross-checks them.
Every requirement is checked against the other documents and against what your systems already hold. - 3Week 2: you go through the gap report.
Accept the fixes. Questions go to the sponsor. - 4Then the connections are set up.
All of this happens before the first patient, with no patient data.

Data stays with your institution
Nightingale reads from your systems and writes into the study's database. It keeps no second copy. Every value carries where it came from and how it was checked, in an audit trail for every value.

What your team gets back
set these to match your institutionAn estimate, not a promise. Answering one query is counted as 15 minutes. The two estimates are ours, to be measured with you in a first study.
How this is paid for
Priced on three things you know when you write the budget: the number of participants, the number of data sources, and how long the study runs.
So it can go into a grant budget or a department budget, like any other study cost.
For sponsored trials, the sponsor or CRO pays, as it does for other study vendors.
Data stays with you
Nightingale keeps no second copy. Values move from your systems into the study's database, with an audit trail for every value. AI reads the study documents; fixed rules decide every value, so the same input always gives the same result.
A good first step
- 1One Study Readiness Review.
About two weeks, before any patient data. - 2Connect one study.
Your coordinators confirm instead of retyping. - 3Measure it together.
Hours spent, queries, time to delivery. Then decide on the next study.
